SIGMOIDOSCOPY
This is a specialised procedure that is offered by Dr Cox at Axminster Hospital. It allows for the last part of the bowel to be visualised through a special flexible scope. If your doctor decides you need this test, a referral will be passed onto Dr Cox who will make contact with you to arrange a date.
