Our phone lines are open from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday (but closed between 1.30 and 2pm to allow for staff training). The practice itself is usually open beyond these times and the front desk is manned over lunchtime.

If all our receptionists are engaged on calls we have a digital telephone system that will hold your call and let you know where you are in the queue.

At peak times there are usually six receptionists answering the phones.

Our phone lines are always busiest first thing in the morning. Having to wait in a phone queue can be frustrating so unless your call is urgent you may wish to call late morning.
