Profile:

Dr Gurney has been a GP partner since 1994, working half time since 2004. She was previously GP Registrar in the practice, and is now involved in GP training for the Peninsula Deanery.

In addition to this she is a LMC Representative for East Devon, the GP representative on Devon Safeguarding Children Board and on NHS Devon Safeguarding Children Assurance group. Kate is also a Trustee of Devon Community Foundation

Last but not least she is also a busy mother, and wife to a local consultant orthopaedic surgeon.
