We are all immensely proud of our practice and the service we provide here. We like to feel that we always go ‘the extra mile’ to help our patients.

If you have had a good experience the doctors and the staff would love to hear from you. Similarly, any constructive thoughts or feedback is always welcome. A quick email will suffice!

From time to time you may receive a formal questionnaire on behalf of the Department of Health. We would very much appreciate it if you could take the time to fill these in. The results from these surveys directly affect the monies the practice receives from the Government in order to care for you, our patients.

Unfortunately, things sometimes go wrong. Usually things can be sorted out at the time but in the event that you feel you need to complain formally our complaints procedure can be downloaded from our leaflets section.
