If you have a lump or other skin problem that you think may need removal then please see your own doctor to discuss it.

If it is clinically necessary to remove or take a biopsy you will be offered a mutually convenient appointment at Ottery Hospital.

Subsequent wound checks, changes of dressing and removal of stitches will be arranged by the hospital nurse.

If you have something removed or biopsied then please ALWAYS check your own histology results by ringing the surgery ten days after your operation.
