Your doctor may agree to let you have prescriptions for long term treatments without the need for a consultation every time.

Please do not telephone the surgery with repeat prescription orders.

You can use any of the following methods for ordering but please allow at least 48 hours prior to collection.

• Use our secure online login.
  • This allows you to order direct from our computer system. We highly recommend this as the best method for obtaining repeat prescriptions. It is secure, efficient and available 365 days a year. To register simply come to the front desk with a form of ID, we will issue you with a username and password which you can then use (via the login tab at the top left of this website) to login online.

• Use the tear-off slip attached to your prescription, or write out your order and hand in your request at the surgery or chemist.

• Post your request to the surgery.

• Fax in your request. Our Fax number is 01404 816716.

• Telephone our local chemists direct.

If you will have to pay for four or more prescription items in three months, or more than 14 items in 12 months, you may find it cheaper to buy a Prescription Prepayment Certificate. Details on how to buy one along with a link to apply for one online can be found here. Alternatively the form is also available to download on our leaflets page.
