If you care for a family member, or even a friend, on a regular basis, please consider registering as a carer with Coleridge Medical Centre.

Registering as a carer will ensure that you, as a carer, get the support that you need.

Once your registration as a carer is completed, you will be entitled to an NHS Carers Check once a year to follow up on your well-being and health.

Additional support will also be made available to you through Devon Carers and Devon County Council.
