Patient Services Advisor

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and supportive GP Practice team?

We are looking for someone to become a member of the administration team, contributing to the efficient running of the practice reception area, and the general smooth running of the practice.

You will deliver a high standard of service to all patients, visitors and colleagues in accessing the appropriate services in a professional, courteous, efficient and effective way over the telephone, face to face and via other communication programs.

Our Patient Services Advisors carry out a full range of administrative duties associated with a modern GP practice including shared participation in our weekend rota.

This will be a part time position covering 27 hours.

Practice Nurse

We are looking for an experienced and professional Practice Nurse to join our friendly team, who can demonstrate a genuine interest in working in Primary Care.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the delivery of practice nursing services, to manage patients with chronic disease, running specific clinic sessions, and maintaining robust call and recall systems.

The successful Practice Nurse will be responsible for a number of clinical areas such as infection prevention and control, health promotion, health prevention, health care checks, as well as supporting the management team in the reviewing of clinical policy and procedure.

We are looking to fill up to 20 hours a week, with normal hours of work 0900 to 1300 then 1400 to 1800. There is a degree of flexibility for the right candidate. There are various clinical opportunities available here as advertised.
